Trojan,malware and firefox problems?

i have trojan problems and i keep getting rid of them and some of the trojans still come right back.how do i permenately get them off?i tried to use my firefox and it locks up everytime i go to a site.i cant go to any site on firefox cuz it just locks up all the time.i tried uninstall and reinstall it and that aint work either. how can i fix these problems

also everytime i go to myspace on internet explorer a100's of different ads just keep poppin up and it locks up my computer.

i have ad aware,spybot and spyware terminator and they find problems in my computer but not all of them,im still having the same problems.if i just click anywhere on a web page a pop up will come up.i dont even have 2 click a web link for a pop up 2 come up.i can just randomely click anywhere and a pop up will pop up.i also have avg anti virus and it found some trojans but then when i scan again it finds trojan but just less.i have no idea what to do
