Creating feeds for blogs in my website?

I'm setting up a website to serve as my personal blog (as opposed to using livejournal, myspace, etc), how can I provide my viewers with different type of feeds?

I've seen them in other blogging sites but I don't know how to do them for mine.

If you r using some free / commercial blog application then most of them standard feeds like rss, atom etc., if you are planning to setup custom blog then you need to extract the title, content and publish it in rss xml format.
